How can I know what I want is really what I want?

If you are completely honest with yourself, what beliefs or assumptions hold you back from achieving your goals in your life?

What problems have you associated with getting what you want?

We have 60k thoughts a day, and 97% of them were the same as yesterday. Our thoughts become our words, our words become our actions and our actions become our habits, our habits become our character and our character becomes our destination.

If you want a different life experience, you are the creator! You can have a different experience, but you’re going to have to start thinking about what you’re thinking about!

So what are you thinking in regards to what you think you want?

You say you want a beautiful new home, but immediately there’s a ton of issues that float to your awareness as soon as you think about it.

You start thinking the most popular, “how can I afford this?”

Relationships, Wealth and Health.

What one thing did you decide you really, really want to experience in each of these three areas?

(If you haven’t done that class, go back and start there.)

Relationships:

Every relationship is a reflection of a part of yourself. They are usually showing you a piece of yourself. You can either love or not like that piece. Lol 😋.

So let’s imagine you choose a family relationship reunion. Perhaps, your sibling or your parent.

You said you really really want a great happy relationship with them. Your feeling word was “relaxed”.

But, what’s stopping you from having this experience now?

What emotional reaction do you have in the now when you think of the relationship you currently have with this person or want with this person?

I want you to breathe and feel into the area of your body and we will do a mini Healing. (Please note: if anything gets seriously triggered here, please let me know and I will send you extra Healing 🙏) I’ve been told that I can download some pretty powerful energetic blasts, and I want to ensure that everyone is doing well. The point of this is to shift the old and open up a new space for the healing to begin.

HEALING AND ACTIVATION:

Step 1: Breathe deeply and have the intention that you are willing to release anything that is in the way of your experiencing the emotion you want with this particular family member.

Step 2: Imagine you’re sending all the negative energy outside of the body and to be placed in a ball in front of your heart area. (Intend that it ALL be removed from your body.)

Step 3: Take a look at the energy in front of you and notice if it has a color, shape, size, texture? 

Step 4: Open your heart. I want you to send white light and love to this patterning. Tell it that you’re so grateful for it’s message and learning but it’s time to say goodbye. Keep sending it love and light. It should change colors, and eventually turn white and then dissolve.

NOTE: If it doesn’t in the timeframe we have here, just know it will continue being sent Energy until it’s dissolved.

Now, I want you to feel into the emotion of the relationship you want to experience. Is the emotion the same or slightly different?

Does it still feel blocked, then feel free to go through this process again.

If it feels lighter, congratulations.. keep feeling this!

Wealth/money:

Remember your one thing? Maybe it was travel, purchasing a new home, or investing in a coach. Whatever it was, focus in on how it currently feels in your body when you think of NOT having that experience?

Step 1: Breathe deeply and have the intention that you are willing to release anything that is in the way of your experiencing the emotion you want by investing in yourself.

Step 2: Imagine you’re sending all the negative energy outside of the body and to be placed in a ball in front of your heart area. (Intend that it ALL be removed from your body.)

Step 3: Take a look at the energy in front of you and notice if it has a color, shape, size, texture? 

Step 4: Open your heart. I want you to send white light and love to this patterning. Tell it that you’re so grateful for it’s message and learning but it’s time to say goodbye. Keep sending it love and light. It should change colors, and eventually turn white and then dissolve.

Health:

Remember the area of health you wanted to incorporate? Maybe you wanted to stop eating so much sugar or start working out more so your muscles don’t hurt so much?

Step 2: Imagine you’re sending all the negative energy outside of the body and to be placed in a ball in front of your heart area. (Intend that it ALL be removed from your body.)

Step 3: Take a look at the energy in front of you and notice if it has a color, shape, size, texture? 

Step 4: Open your heart. I want you to send white light and love to this patterning. Tell it that you’re so grateful for it’s message and learning but it’s time to say goodbye. Keep sending it love and light. It should change colors, and eventually turn white and then dissolve.

Now, I want you to feel into the having of the all the emotions. Like all the things you want are already done? How does it feel to think that they’re already in your world?

Let’s see if your emotions have changed from yesterday or they feel different today:

Relationships:

Wealth:

I feel xxxxxx when I think of the investments I’m going to make for myself in 2020!

Health:

I feel xxxxxx when I think of the healthy me!

Ecstatic, Extravagant, Exuberant

Today was to get super clear on what you want but what’s in the way of you to experiencing your best life in 2020. Are you excited? We got rid of some good blocks today!
